October Whirlwind...

October has been a busy month for our family. My parents came to visit, and brought the new addition to our family, Jordan, with them. Jordan is 13 years old, and now lives with my mom and dad. Silas had so much fun having him here to play with, and I think Jordan had a good time as well. It is always a joy to have family and friends come visit us. We went to a peanut farm in Jay, and rode on a hayride. After that, we got to take Silas out into the pumpkin patch and pick out a pumpkin.

We recently got back home from a trip to North Carolina, where Nathan preached a revival in Clinton, NC. We spent a few days with our dear friends Matt and Alicia, and I went to visit my old school, Cedar Creek, and all my friends there. We had a blast. Nathan and I have been wanting to go back and visit for a while, but we never had the opportunity. The Lord provided for us just like always. Isn't He great like that. The Meadows family, friends from seminary, pastors and church in Clinton, NC. When Nathan talked to Wayne about coming to preach a revival, Nathan jumped at the chance. We had so much fun catching up with all our friends. It was neat to see our kids playing with each other. I can't wait until we can see all of them again. While we were there, we went to another pumpkin patch with Matt and Alicia. She took some great pictures for us. Silas had a blast.
